SHOP SOLUTIONS MIDLANDS LTD – TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Payment
Full payment must be received and cleared prior to the delivery of goods and/or commencement of any fitting or installation services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Company reserves the right to withhold delivery, installation, or collection of goods until payment has been received in full.
Delivery
Delivery dates provided are estimates only and are subject to product availability and operational requirements.
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Returns and Cancellations
Standard stock items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior approval by the Company.
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in their original packaging and condition suitable for resale.
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return of goods to the Company’s warehouse.
Delivery, collection, installation, and fitting charges are non-refundable.
Restocking, Handling and Labour Charges
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking, handling, administration, and labour charge of up to 20% of the value of the returned goods.
Any such charge will be deducted from the refund amount due.
Bespoke and Special-Order Products
Bespoke, made-to-measure, custom-manufactured, special-order, or non-standard products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has commenced or orders have been placed with suppliers, except where goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied by the Company.
Installation and Fitting Services
Where installation or fitting services are provided, the customer must ensure safe and suitable access to the premises at the agreed installation time.
Labour, fitting, and installation charges are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Nothing in these terms affects the customer’s statutory rights in relation to defective workmanship or faulty goods.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
Any shortages, damages, or defects must be reported to the Company within 48 hours of delivery or installation.
Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with applicable UK consumer legislation.
Retention of Title
All goods supplied remain the property of Shop Solutions Midlands Ltd until payment has been received in full and cleared funds are available.
Until ownership passes, the Company reserves the right to recover any goods for which payment has not been made.
Limitation of Liability
The Company’s liability shall be limited to the value of the goods and/or services supplied under the relevant invoice.
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or business losses, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions do not affect the customer’s statutory rights under applicable UK law.
By placing an order, accepting a quotation, or making payment, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
